1. About us
The portal is operated by Wellness Mortgage & Protection, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing in the portal constitutes regulated advice unless given by your named adviser in writing.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Information you submit must be accurate and up to date.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another client’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use the portal to defame any party. We may suspend access for breach.
4. Documents & messages
Documents you upload are stored privately and shared only with your assigned adviser and our administrators. Messages are retained for regulatory record-keeping.
5. Adviser fees
Adviser fees, where applicable, will be discussed and agreed clearly before any charge is made. Payment arrangements are provided directly to clients where relevant.
6. Liability
We exclude liability for any loss caused by inaccurate information you provide, or by interruption to the portal beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Complaints

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the portal.
